Accepting/declining absence requests

When a staff member submits an absence request, the manager will receive an email notification. The absence can be viewed on either the Branch Calendar or the Staff Scheduling screen of the staff member who requested it, and it’s from those two places that a manager may accept or decline the request

Accepting/declining an absence request from the Branch Calendar
  1. Click on  Calendar in the sidebar.
  2. Make sure the box next to Staff is ticked on the left.
  3. Absence requests are shown as red bars over the applicable calendar days.
  4. Double click on a request to view it.
  5. Click Accept or Decline.

  1. Go to the  Staff page.
  2. Click on the name of the staff member to be taken to their profile.
  3. Click on the Staff Scheduling tab on the left. 
  4. Absence requests are shown as red bars in the all-day section of the calendar.
  5. Double click on a request to view it.
  6. Click Accept or Decline.
