Accepting/declining absence requests
When an employee submits an absence request, the manager will receive an email notification. The absence can be viewed on either the Branch Calendar or the profile of the employee who requested it. From there, the manager may accept or decline the request.
Accepting/declining an absence request from the Branch Calendar
- Click on
Calendar in the sidebar. - Make sure the box next to Employee is ticked on the left.
- Absence requests are shown as red bars over the applicable calendar days.
- Double click on a request to view it.
- Click Accept or Decline.
Accepting/declining an absence request from the staff profile
- Go to the
Employees page.
- Click on the name of the employee to be taken to their profile.
- Click on the Employee Scheduling tab on the left.
- Absence requests are shown as red bars in the all-day section of the calendar.
- Double click on a request to view it.
- Click Accept or Decline.
