Access Levels

Access Levels

All eymanaged users are assigned roles on the system with different access levels. Access levels determine who can use certain features of the system.
Being an eyworks user is not the same thing as having a staff login. The staff login can only access your nursery's staff intranet, and not the main system.
User Roles
  1. Company Admin
  2. Area Manager
  3. Area Standard
  4. Nursery Manager
  5. Nursery Standard

  15. eyengage

  17. Staff
To better illustrate which features each of these roles can access, we've created two spreadsheets. One breaks down access levels by feature, and one breaks down access levels by user role. You can also click on a user role above to be taken to the relevant sheet.
