Adding accident/incident sheets on the eyparent app
Parents can create pre-existing accident/incident sheets to inform the nursery about any accidents or incidents that occurred while the child wasn’t at the nursery.
Tap the icon in the bottom right of the Home page.
Tap Create Pre-existing Accident Sheet.
Tap Add images to add supplementary media.
Use the Body Map to point out the location of an injury, if necessary:
Tap Add Body Map.
Select the body part that has been injured.
Use your device's touch screen to mark the injury on the picture, showing its location, and perhaps its general appearance.
Tapping Clear All in the bottom left will erase any markings you make.
Tap Done to add the body map.
Fill out the rest of the sheet with details of the accident/incident.
