Adding an activity

Activities act as a to-do list for each enquiry, to remind you what still needs to be done for each of them. 
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. In the top right, go to the Upcoming Activities section and click on the  button.
  4. Fill out activity details in the pop-up window. You can choose from three activity types: Email, Phone, and Task.
  5. Fill out the form , then click Save.
Scheduling an Email through Upcoming Activities
When you create an Email activity, you'll be prompted to choose an email template. This is because the Upcoming Activities section allows you to schedule emails to send automatically.
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. In the top right, go to the Upcoming Activities section and click on the  button.
  4. Choose the Email activity type.
  5. Select the Email Template you'd like to send out.
  6. Select the Due Date for the activity. This is the date the email will be sent to the enquiry.
  7. Fill out the rest of the form, then click Save.
  8. Once the Due Date is reached, the email will be automatically sent out, and the activity will mark itself as complete. 
  9. Alternatively, you can click > Mark as complete to send the email immediately.
You can see a list of all activities for all enquiries, and their due dates, by going to eyenquiries > Activities.
