Adding an enquiry

Adding an enquiry

When a parent fills out an enquiry form, they will receive a confirmation email through workflow automation, and the enquiry will automatically appear on your eyenquiries pipeline.

To view this enquiry:
  1. In the sidebar, go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. The new enquiry should have appeared under Enquiry In. The date of the enquiry will be listed under the enquiry name.
  3. Click on the new enquiry to view the profile. The information will have been automatically filled in using details from the submitted enquiry form.
Adding an enquiry manually
Sometimes, you may receive an enquiry through sources other than the online form. In those cases, you can input the enquiry information manually.
  1. From the sidebar, go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on the  button in the upper right-hand corner and a pop-up window should appear from the right.
  3. Fill out the form with the enquiry information.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. You may get an automated pop-up window with a confirmation email for the reception of an enquiry. You can make edits to the email if you want, or just click Submit.
  6. A profile will be created for the child, and the enquiry will be added to the start of the pipeline.
