Adding candidates to the system

Adding candidates to the system

There are two ways a candidate can be added to the eyrecruit system.

By application

When a candidate applies to a job post, the candidate will be automatically added to the pipeline under Applied, and the hiring team will receive a notification (unless notifications are turned off).

Manual entry

  1. In eyrecruit, click on the Candidates tab.

  2. In the top right, click Add Candidate.

  3. Choose the job the candidate has applied for from the drop-down window.

  4. Fill out the candidate’s details in the form that pops up.

  5. Click Save.
