Adding medicine forms on the eyparent app
Parents can create and share medicine forms with nurseries to inform practitioners of their child’s condition, and how to administer the dosages.
- Tap the
icon in the bottom right of the
Home page.
- Tap
Create Medicine Form.
- The Date and Time field is automatically filled in with the date and time you created the sheet. This can be edited.
- Fill out the sheet with details of medicine administered. Tapping on the
icon under Add photos as evidence will let you either take a photo directly from your phone's Camera, or upload a photo from your device's Gallery.
- Check the Temperature? box if you have checked the child’s temperature. Fill out details in the fields that appear, then tap Add.
- Tap Submit for Nursery Review to share it with the nursery.
