Parents can create and share medicine forms with nurseries to inform practitioners of their child’s condition, and how to administer the dosages.
Tap the icon in the bottom right of the Home page.
Tap CreateMedicine Form.
The Date and Time field is automatically filled in with the date and time you created the sheet. This can be edited.
Fill out the sheet with details of medicine administered. Tapping on the icon under Add photos as evidence will let you either take a photo directly from your phone's Camera, or upload a photo from your device's Gallery.
Check the Temperature? box if you have checked the child’s temperature. Fill out details in the fields that appear, then tap Add.
Tap Submit for Nursery Review to share it with the nursery.
