Aimey: Your dedicated writing assistant

Aimey, or Artificial Intelligence Made for Early Years, is an optional add-on that you can implement across all your nurseries. It is an AI writing tool that uses technology by OpenAI to enhance the text you input: correcting spelling and grammar, improving the quality of your writing, or altering tone.

We will not use any of the text you input or output through Aimey to train AI.

Aimey is available on all eyworks products except for eyparent. You'll know if you can use Aimey for a particular piece of writing if the  button appears. This includes:
  1. Writing observations
  2. Writing daily diaries
  3. Writing reports
  4. Creating community posts
  5. Sending messages
  6. And more!
Once you click on the button, you'll be able to choose from one of these options for enhancing your writing:
  1. Correct grammar and spelling
  2. Rewrite
  3. Make it shorter
  4. Make it longer
  5. Make it professional
  6. Make it observant
  7. Make it polite
  8. Make it friendly
The generated text will appear in a pop-up window. From there, you can Apply the Suggestion to your writing if you're happy with it, or Try Again if you'd like it reworded. Once the suggestion has been applied, you're free to edit it further yourself. 

Remember, AI is no replacement for the human mind; always be sure to read the generated text and use your own judgement as to its suitability. If you're not happy with the result, you can just Cancel.
