- In System Settings > Terms/Funding > Funding Settings, there is now a new option where you can choose that funding should only be applied to invoices when the 'Parent Declaration Form' has been ticked whilst allocating funding. This means you can generate invoices as normal until those important forms have been returned to you and when the form is returned simply tick this on the child's profile > funding allocation for funding to then be applied to the invoice. Any previous invoices where the funding needs to be applied to will just need regenerating.

- We have enhanced the occupancy screen by adding the ability to view children starting, children waitlisted and 2 new handy actions at the bottom of the screen to jump forward and back a date duration. In the Group by Room view we have also added an 'Hourly' option in the 'View by' field. This will show you a detailed breakdown of the places occupied, available spaces etc for each time slot throughout the day.
- When scheduling staff or children we have increased the number of weeks the schedule can be repeated by to up to every 12 weeks.
- When selecting 'Other' as a leave reason it is now mandatory to add leave reason notes alongside this.

- We have added a new field to the application form and when adding a candidate manually to the system called 'Where did you hear about us'. This means you can better understand where your recruitment efforts have paid off by knowing where each of your candidates heard about your vacancies. The options in this list can be customised by going to Global Settings > Recruitment > Candidate profile fields.
- You are now able to see additional information on the candidate tracker report. This includes, the new where did you hear about us field, interview status, tags, notes and the date/time the candidate has moved to each stage so you can work out the stage duration.
