- Disabled edits to inactive child profiles; you are no longer able to make any changes to an inactive child profile, this includes generating invoices, creating/allocating payments and refunding credits. Children should only be made inactive once all balances/debts have been cleared. To make these changes once the child has been made inactive would require making the child active again.
- Optimisations to staff scheduling and occupancy to decrease loading time.
- Small enhancements to the staff scheduling screen:
- Added the ability to click on a child or staff name when hovering over the number of child/staff to open their scheduling in a new tab.
- Added an ‘i’ tool tip next to the staff name to show their job title, additional roles and level as per their profile.
- Adjusted the activity filter to group the activities by ones counted in ratio and not counted in ratio.

- Small enhancements to the Monthly Funding report and Staff Scheduling report.
- Updated the children nationality list to include all nationalities.
eyenquiries
13th August 2023
- You are now able to reorder each stage on the eyenquiries pipeline: simply click the icon at the top of each stage to see the reordering options.
- When waitlisting an enquiry you can set the date the enquiry was waitlisted; this can then be ordered by ascending or descending in the pipeline.
- Within eyenquiries workflow rules, we have added more options to the activity date selection so that an activity can be set 7-11 months after the trigger date.

- Moved eyrecruit settings into Global Settings.
- The notification email for candidate applications now includes a link to the new candidate's profile.
- Updated the job board information in Global Settings > Recruitment > Job Boards Integration.
- Added careers portal customisation settings in Global Settings > Recruitment > Careers Portal.
