Blacklisting a candidate

Blacklisting is a way of marking certain candidates as wholly unsuitable for your setting. Blacklisted candidates are shown with a red border in the Disqualified pipeline.


You can only blacklist rejected candidates:

  1. In eyrecruit, go to the Pipeline or the Candidates tab and click on the candidate. 

  2. Click on the icon in the top right. 

  3. Click on the drop-down menu in the pop-up window and select a Reason for disqualifying.

  4. Check Blacklist Candidate.

  5. Click Disqualify.


If the candidate has already been disqualified:

  1. In eyrecruit, go to the Pipeline or the Candidates tab.

  2. Click the Disqualified tab in the top left.

  3. Click on the candidate to bring up their profile.

  4. Click the icon in the top right to blacklist the candidate.


Undoing a blacklist

  1. In eyrecruit, go to the Pipeline or the Candidates tab.

  2. Click the Disqualified tab in the top left.

  3. Click on the blacklisted candidate to bring up their profile.

  4. Click the icon in the top right to undo a blacklist.
