Bulk cohort allocation

Bulk cohort allocation

Cohorts are primarily a way of sorting children into certain groups based on things like whether they receive funding, require safeguarding, and more. Some parts of eylog allow you to filter children by their cohort groups. Cohorts can be allocated individually on a child’s profile, or in bulk from the Cohort Allocation screen on the web system.
  1. In the sidebar, click on  Tools > Cohort Allocation.
  2. Choose which Group/Room you want to see children from, then click View.
  3. Check the boxes next to the children’s names to allocate cohorts to them.
  4. Click Submit All.
