Checking an enquiry's UTM Parameters

UTM parameters are pieces of code that you can add to the enquiry API to track how parents found the enquiry form. You can check these on the enquiry profile.
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. Click the  icon to see the enquiry's UTM parameters. 
  4. Hovering over the i icon will give you a link to a guide on how to add the UTM parameters.
