Completing an accident/incident sheet

Accident/Incident Sheets can either be completed by a manager through the web system, or a parent through the parent portal/app. This article will go through completing a sheet as a manager.

Completing an Accident/Incident Sheet
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Accidents/Incidents.
  4. Click on the name of the child to bring up the sheet. To complete the sheet, it must be Pending parent review.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Submit to Complete.
Reverting an Accident/Incident Sheet to a draft
Completing an accident/incident sheet means it can no longer be edited. Fortunately, you can revert it back to a draft at any time.
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Accidents/Incidents.
  4. Click on the name of the child to bring up the sheet.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Change to Draft.
