Completing, skipping, and deleting an activity

You’re able to remove an activity from the Upcoming Activities list by Marking as complete, Skipping, or Deleting it. 
From the profile
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. Under Upcoming Activities in the top right, click on  next to an activity.
  4. Choose Mark as complete, Skip, or Delete from the drop-down menu.
If you Complete an Email activity, it will send the email template you chose when creating the activity. 

From the Activities tab
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Activities.
  2. Find the activity from the list or use the Filters in the top left to narrow down your search.
  3. To the right of our chosen activity, click either Complete or Skip.
You cannot delete an activity from the Activities tab. This must be done through the profile.
