Controlling employee login access for documents and events
If a staff member has an employee login, they have access to limited features of eypeople, including the ability to view their employee profile. Although generally staff are not able to edit their own profiles, depending on what permissions you give them in settings you can let them upload their own documents and create their own events.
- In the top right, click on
> System Settings.
- Click on HR in the sidebar.
- Click on the Documents/Events tab.
- Check the Add option under the Document and/or Event headings to allow employees to add documents/events to their profile.
- Check the Edit option under the Document and/or Event headings to allow employees to edit any documents/events added to their profile by themselves or others.
