Creating a learning plan

Creating a learning plan

A learning plan is formatted similarly to a Summative Report, but it’s entirely focussed on a child’s next steps. Learning plans can only be filled out on the web system.
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Learning Plan.
  4. In the top left, click on Add.
  5. In the pop-up window, you can change the Name and Date of Report if you want.
  6. Click Start Report.
  7. Click Edit to add text to a field. Certain fields can only be edited by parents.
  8. Check Remove/Hide to remove sections from the report.
  9. When you’re done, click on Publish to Complete, or Publish to Parent for the parent to view through their portal/app.
