A learning plan is formatted similarly to a Summative Report, but it’s entirely focussed on a child’s next steps. Learning plans can only be filled out on the web system.
- Click on Children in the sidebar.
- Click on a child to bring up their profile.
- Click on Learning Plan.
- In the top left, click on Add.
- In the pop-up window, you can change the Name and Date of Report if you want.
- Click Start Report.
- Click Edit to add text to a field. Certain fields can only be edited by parents.
- Check Remove/Hide to remove sections from the report.
- When you’re done, click on Publish to Complete, or Publish to Parent for the parent to view through their portal/app.
