Creating a manual invoice

While eymanage gives you the ability to generate invoices automatically, Manual Invoices allow you to customise each individual line of the invoice, but you can only include products/services, and extra sessions that haven’t already been invoiced.
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on the Invoices tab on the left.
  4. In the top right, click Create+ > Manual Invoice.
  5. Fill out the dates and reference at the top of the screen.
  6. To add a product or service:
    1. Click Add a new line
    2. Choose an Item from the drop-down menu. 
    3. Fill out the details in the blank fields.
  7. To add an extra session:
    1. Click Add Extra Sessions (Uninvoiced).
    2. Select the Year and Month when this session takes place.
    3. Click View.
    4. Click the  icon next to a session to add it to the invoice.
    5. Click Close to return to the invoice.
  8. Click Save as Draft or  > Save & Approve. Note that only approved invoices can be sent to parents, or have payments allocated to them.
