Creating a parent login

Creating a login for a parent will give them access to the eyparent app where they can see their child’s scheduling and messaging. When you turn on this option, the parent will be sent an email with a link to activate their account. 

Create a login through Parental Details
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
  3. Go to the Parental Details tab.
  4. Check the box next to Create Login for the parent of choice.
  5. Click Save.
Create a login through the List view
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Grid menu in the top right.
  3. Select List from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click the Create Login button next to the parent’s name.
Create a login for multiple parents at once
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Grid menu in the top right.
  3. Select List from the drop-down menu.
  4. Check the box next to a parent's name to select them.
  5. Once you have multiple parents selected, click on the Bulk Actions menu in the top right.
  6. Click on Create Login from the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Confirm.
