Creating a parent login

Creating a login for a parent will give them access to the parent portal where they can see their child’s scheduling and messaging. When you activate this option, the parent will be sent an activation email with a link to where they can set up their account.

Through Parental Details
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
  3. Go to the Parental Details tab.
  4. Check the box next to Create Login for the parent of choice.
  5. Click Save.
Through the List view
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Grid menu in the top right.
  3. Select List from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click the Create Login button next to the parent’s name.
