Creating a profile on eylog from eymanage

While filling in a staff member’s profile form, you’re given the option to also create a profile for them on eylog using the information stored for them on eymanage.

When adding a new staff member
  1. Click on  Staff in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the  icon in the top right to add a new staff member.
  3. You’ll find the Create eylog Profile option at the bottom of the Profile tab. It should be checked by default.
  4. Click Save.
For an existing staff member
  1. Click on  Staff in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the name of the staff member to be taken to their profile.
  3. Check the box next to Create eylog Profile at the bottom of the Profile tab.
  4. Click Save.
From the list view
  1. Click on  Staff in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the Grid menu in the top right.
  3. Select List from the drop-down menu.
  4. Under the Create eylog Profile column, click the Create eylog Profile button next to the staff member’s name.
