Creating a talent pool



Talent Pools are a way of storing information on candidates without them being linked to a specific job. This is useful if you have a number of promising candidates who haven't been hired for the job they initially applied for, but whom you might like to consider for other jobs in the future.
  1. In eyrecruit, click on the Talent Pools tab.
  2. Click on Create Talent Pool in the top right.
  3. Give the Talent Pool a Title and Description.
  4. Click on  the  icon to add users to the Hiring Team.
  5. From the list of users, tick the box next to their names to select them. You can type in a user's name in the search bar at the top to filter the results.
  6. Click Assign.
  7. Under a hiring team member's name, turn on Notifications if you want the team member to receive system and email notifications about this talent pool. 
  8. Remove unwanted team members using the  button next to their name.
  9. Click Create.
