Creating document types in eyenquiries
Creating document types in eyenquiries is necessary if you want to allow parents to upload certain documents to the registration form. Some of the options available when creating a document type only apply for eymanage features, so in this article we'll only cover the ones necessary for eyenquiries.
- In the top right, click on > System Settings.
- Click on Documents in the sidebar.
- Click on the icon in the top right to add a new document type.
- Type in the Name of the document type, and a Description.
- Tick the box next to Children.
- Click on the Show on Form field and select On Registration Form.
- Check Is Mandatory if you want to make this document a requirement for completing the form.
- Click Save.
To create document types for all nurseries, go to
> Global Settings, then continue from Step 2.
