Creating rooms/groups in eyenquiries

Rooms/Groups represent the physical rooms you have in a nursery. You can select which room an enquiry is assigned to when editing their profile. If you have eymanage as well, this is the room the child will be assigned when they're enrolled.
  1. In the top right click on  > System Settings.
  2. Click on Rooms/Groups on the left.
  3. Click the  icon in the top left to add a new room/group.
  4. Click on Upload Photo to select a photo for this room, if you desire.
  5. Give the room a Name and Description.
  6. Enter the lower and upper age ranges (in months) for children in this room in Age Group Lower and Age Group Upper.
  7. Enter the maximum number of children this room can hold in Capacity
  8. Choose a Colour for this room from the colour picker. 
  9. Click Save.
The Select Child and Select Staff fields, and the Used for children sessions option, are only relevant if you have eymanage.
To create rooms/groups for all nurseries, go to  > Global Settings, then continue from Step 2.
