Creating tags for candidates

Creating tags for candidates

Tags are a way you can organise candidates and jobs. Each tag is coloured so you can keep track of it on the pipeline, jobs screen, and candidates screen. Tags can be assigned to a candidate from the candidate's profile, or to a job when creating a job. Use the Filters on the pipeline screen to view by tag.

To create a tag:
  1. In the top right, click on  > Global Settings.
  2. Go to Tags.
  3. Click the  icon in the top right.
  4. Give the tag a Name, Description, and Colour.
  5. Check the box next to Jobs, or Candidates, or both, depending on how this tag will be assigned.
  6. Click Save.
