Creating tags for enquiries
Tags are a functionality that exist across multiple eyworks products, which allow for greater categorisation of staff, children, etc. But here we'll be talking specifically about creating new tags as a way of categorising enquiries.
- Go to > System Settings.
- Click on the Tags tab on the left.
- Click on the button in the top right.
- Fill out the Tag's Name, Description, and Colour.
- Check the Enquiries box.
- Click Save.
If you want tags to carry over from the Enquiry Profile on eyenquiries to the Child Profile on eymanage, make sure you check both the Enquiries box and the Children box.
To create tags for all nurseries, go to
> Global Settings, then continue from Step 2.
