Creating tags for staff

Tags are a great way of keeping track of staff members with specific qualities. All tags are created by the user, and so can be specialised for however you want your staff organised.
  1. In the top right, click on  > System Settings.
  2. Click on Tags in the sidebar to see a list of tags.
  3. Click on the  icon in the top right to create a new tag.
  4. Choose a Name for the tag, some further Description for it, and its associated Colour.
  5. Check the box next to Staff.
  6. Click Save.
  7. On the Tags page, you can click the  icon to view the tag, the  icon to edit it, the  icon to delete it.
To create tags for all nurseries, go to  > Global Settings, then continue from Step 2.
