Customising branding

Company branding affects the appearance of eymanage, as well as the appearance of enquiry and registration forms. You can customise branding to change the logos that appear on the system, as well as the logos and heading colours that are used in the Careers Portal, and enquiry and registration forms.

Branding can be changed in Company/Nursery Chain settings and Branch/Nursery settings.

Editing Company/Nursery Chain logo
The Company/Nursery Chain logo affects the icon that appears in the top left corner of eymanage, in the top left of the Careers Portal, and in the company-level enquiry form.
  1. In the top right, click on  > System Settings.
  2. You will be taken to the Company/Nursery Chain page by default.
  3. At the top of the page, you will see the image that is currently being used as your company logo. Hover over it and click Edit Photo.
  4. Select your new company logo and click Open.
  5. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Editing Company/Nursery Chain branding colour
The Company/Nursery Chain branding colour affects the colour of the headings in the company-level enquiry form. If you have eyrecruit, it will affect the default cover image, the colour of the some of the text, and the colour of some of the buttons in the Careers Portal.
  1. In the top right, click on  > System Settings.
  2. You will be taken to the Company/Nursery Chain page.
  3. In the Branding Colour field, you can see the current colour being used in hexadecimal code. Either enter the hex code for a new colour into this field, or click on the field and choose a new colour from the colour picker.
  4. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Editing Branch/Nursery logo
The Branch/Nursery logo affects the icon that appears for the branch in the nursery drop-down down menu in the top left of the system. It also affects the logo that appears in branch-level enquiry and registration forms.
  1. In the top right, click on  > System Settings.
  2. Click on Branch/Nursery on the left.
  3. At the top of the page, you will see the image that is currently being used as your company logo. Hover over it and click Edit Photo.
  4. Select your new nursery logo and click Open.
  5. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
