Customising leave reasons for staff

When you deactivate a staff profile, you have to choose a reason why they left from a drop-down menu. You can customise what options appear in that menu in settings.
  1. In the top right, click on  > Global Settings.
  2. Click on HR in the sidebar.
  3. Go to Staff > Leave Reasons.
  4. Click the  icon in the top right to create a new leave reason.
  5. Type the new reason into the Name field.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click the  icon next to a reason to edit it, and the  icon to delete it.
