Customising leave reasons
When you deactivate a child’s profile you’ll be prompted to select a reason why they’ve left the setting. You can customise the options that appear in settings.
- In the top right, click on
> Global Settings.
- Click on eyenquiries in the sidebar.
- Go to Child Profiles > Leave Reasons.
- Click the
icon in the top right to create a new leave reason.
- Type the new reason into the Name field.
- Click Save.
- Click the
icon next to a reason to edit it, and the
icon to delete it.
