You can customise how your observations appear in System Settings. You can change observation field names, tag names and colours, and assessment level values.
Hover over your profile picture in the top right.
Click on System Settings.
Click on Observations.
Click on the fields under Observation Fields to rename the sections that you can fill out on observations.
Click on the fields under Nursery Tags to rename your Baseline, Parental Observation, and Planned Activity tags. Below these fields, you can add additional custom tags. Baseline tags are used for doing baselines or children's starting point assessments, Parental Observation tags are automatically applied to all observations sent from parents and Planned Activity tags are for practitioner led activities and automatically applied to activities observed from the planning sheet.
Click on the fields under each framework section to rename that framework's assessment levels.
Click on the boxes next to the fields to edit the colours for tags and levels.
Remove assessment levels by unchecking the boxes next to Visible/Enable.
Click Submit to save your changes.
If you did not Override Nursery Chain Settings when setting up your nursery, observation field options will draw from Global Settings and will not be customisable in System Settings.
