Customising options for application sources
When a candidate applies for a job, they are able to tell you how they found the job opening by picking from a list of options. You can see their answer in Where did you hear about us? field on the candidate profile. If you'd like to add additional options for them to choose from, you can do so in Global Settings.
- In the top right, click on
> Global Settings.
- Click on Recruitment in the left menu.
- Go to the Candidate Profile Fields tab.
- Click on the Where did you hear about us tab.
- Click on the
icon in the top right.
- Type the new option into the field that pops up.
- Click Save.
