Customising qualifications

The qualifications that you assign to job titles, and then to staff members, can be added in Global Settings.
  1. In the top right, click on  > Global Settings.
  2. Click on HR in the sidebar.
  3. Go to Roles/Q&T > Qualifications
  4. Click the  icon in the top right to add a new qualification.
  5. Type in the Name of the qualification.
  6. Type in how long the qualification is Valid For in Years and Months, if necessary.
  7. Click Save.
  8. You can edit the qualification by clicking on the  icon, or delete it by clicking the  icon.
