Customising your pipeline



eyrecruit provides a standard recruitment pipeline to get you started, but you're able to customise it at any time.
  1. In the top right, click on  > Global Settings.
  2. Go to Recruitment.
Changing the order of stages
  1. Click and drag stages up and down the pipeline to move their positions.
  2. Any changes made are automatically applied to the Pipeline tab.
Renaming a stage
  1. Click on the  icon next to a pipeline stage.
  2. Delete the old name and type in a new one.
  3. Click Done to apply changes. 
Adding a stage
  1. Click on the Add New Stage to the bottom right of the pipeline.
  2. Type in a name for the new stage.
  3. In the drop-down menu, select after which stage the new stage will be added. 
  4. Click Add to apply changes. 
Deleting a stage
  1. Click on the  icon next to a pipeline stage.
  2. From the drop-down menu, choose which stage you want candidates from the deleted stage to be transferred to. 
  3. Click Delete this stage.
Adding a substage
  1. Click on the  icon next to a pipeline stage.
  2. Click on Add Sub-stage.
  3. Type in the name of the substage in the field that appears.
  4. Repeat for as many sub-stages as you want.
  5. Click Done.
The Applied and Hired stages of the pipeline cannot be altered, moved, or deleted as they are tied to system functionality.
