Specific rooms can now be marked as excluded from automatic room updates using a checkbox in room settings. Rooms marked with this setting will be excluded from the automatic room movement, excluded when assigning rooms on child profiles, bulk staff scheduling, and relevant reports, including the Occupancy Tracker, Dashboard FTE Chart, Register Report, and Occupancy/FTE Reports (Average and Monthly). This improves flexibility and control over room assignments, ensuring smoother scheduling for diverse room setups.
Administrators can now assign eyengage-specific permissions (Administrator or Moderator) directly when adding or editing users in eymanage. A dropdown for eyengage permissions will be visible only for roles with predefined eyengage access, such as Company Admin, eyengage Admin. Permissions are automatically revoked if a user is deactivated or removed. This feature is hidden if eyengage is not enabled, ensuring a streamlined and secure user management process.
Within system settings, payment gateway has been enhanced to allow admins to customise where the Pay Now button is displayed. Admins can now choose from three options: All invoices, eyenquiries invoices only, and Child invoices only. The default setting is All invoices, and the Pay Now button adjusts based on the selected option. Admins can enable or disable the button for each location independently, ensuring the button is displayed only where needed. This will be visible on;
Children → Invoices → Parent Portal and Email Links: The Pay Now button visibility will align with the selected settings or remain disabled if the payment gateway is not connected.
Enquiries → Invoices → Email Links: The button will follow the same configuration logic.
For existing payment links, the Pay Now button will adhere to the updated settings.

Cancellation reasons can now be recorded when cancelling an enquiry visit. This is a mandatory dropdown field with predefined cancellation reasons, editable in a new "Cancellation Reasons" tab under Global Settings > eyenquiries. Select from default reasons (e.g., "Parent Unavailable," "Scheduling Conflict") or add, edit, and delete custom reasons while preventing duplicates. Reports such as enquiries visit CSV and Custom Reports now include Cancelled By and Cancellation Reason fields, with options to include/exclude them within visits in custom reports.

The "Messages" feature in eyrecruit has been enhanced for better visibility and usability. A new "Communication" tab is added to the menu header, displaying a scrollable list of candidates on the left and their communication history as expandable cards on the right. Unread messages are highlighted with a red count and prioritised at the top of the list, which defaults to sorting by the most recent communication. An "Unread" tab filters candidates with unread messages only. All existing functionalities, such as replying, starting new messages, and using templates, remain unchanged.

Reports can now be marked asfavouritesin both Standard and Customreports sections, allowing quick access to frequently used reports. This is user-specific, as only the reports marked as favourites are visible in your list, and favourites marked by one user are not shared with others. A star icon appears when hovering over reports, allowing you to mark or unmark a report as favourites. Favourite reports are reordered to the top of the list in alphabetical order for easy navigation. You can mark multiple reports as favourites across both Standardand Customreport tabs.
Access and permissions have now been included in Reports section.
Standard Reports: By default, all reports are accessible to Company Admins. Company Admins can manage access rights for other roles, the Company Admins role will be disabled and greyed out in the access management panel. The role access list will show only relevant roles for each report. For instance, in staff reports, the Child Admin role will not appear. All roles relevant to each report will have access by default, but Company Admins can change permissions as needed.
Custom Reports: By default, custom reports are accessible to relevant roles. Now we have enhanced constraints for saving reports, including restrictions on "Save for Roles/Users" and "Save for Branch/Nursery" combinations. Visibility preferences include "Only To Me," "All Users," or specific roles.
For 'Save for Nursery', users cannot select both "All" and specific branches simultaneously.
For 'Save for Roles', users cannot select "All Users," "Only for me," and specific roles at the same time.
Entitlement is now calculated based oncompleted months within the holiday year instead of days. This ensures greater accuracy and consistency in holiday allocations, and aligns with government guidelines. All calculations are reflected accurately in staff profiles and entitlement reports.
Parent access are now automatically created and enrolled for eyengage when nurseries enable eylog access and eymanage login for parents. If eyengage is enabled for the nursery, the system automatically sets up access, synchronising parent details across eylog, eymanage, and eyengage, while updating the eyengage access status in the members portal. This eliminates the need for manual setup, saving time and ensuring a smoother onboarding process for parents.
The Income Forecast Report by Children when viewing for Both (Income & Funding) now includes a "Total Income" row for each child grouping to show the combined sum for funding and invoice total. The "Total Income" row is also included in exported PDFs and CSVs.
Additionally, for multi-month breakdowns, the report now features a monthly subtotal row at the bottom before the overall total. This displays month-by-month aggregate totals for sessions, products, funding, invoice total, and total income, providing a detailed view of revenue distribution across the selected date range.
