Downloading accident/incident sheets

You can download accident/incident sheets as PDFs through the web system, either individually or in bulk.

Downloading accident/incident Sheets individually
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Accidents/Incidents.
  4. In the table, click on the name of the child to bring up the sheet.
  5. Click the  button in the top right.
  6. You will begin downloading the sheet to your browser as a PDF.
Downloading one child's accident/incident sheets in bulk
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Accidents/Incidents.
  4. Click the  button in the top right.
  5. You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on that link will download a .zip file to your browser. 
  6. Extract the .zip file to retrieve the PDFs.
Downloading accident/incident sheets in bulk from the Accidents/Incidents screen
  1. Click on  Health & Safety > Accident/Incident Sheets in the sidebar.
  2. Use the filters at the top of the page to sort which children you want to see, then click View.
  3. Click the  button in the top right to download all the accident/incident sheets on the page.
  4. You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on that link will download a .zip file to your browser. 
  5. Extract the .zip file to retrieve the PDFs.
