Downloading accident/incident sheets
You can download accident/incident sheets as PDFs through the web system, either individually or in bulk.
Downloading accident/incident Sheets individually
- Click on Children in the sidebar.
- Click on a child to bring up their profile.
- Click on Accidents/Incidents.
- In the table, click on the name of the child to bring up the sheet.
- Click the button in the top right.
- You will begin downloading the sheet to your browser as a PDF.
Downloading one child's accident/incident sheets in bulk
- Click on Children in the sidebar.
- Click on a child to bring up their profile.
- Click on Accidents/Incidents.
- Click the button in the top right.
- You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on that link will download a .zip file to your browser.
- Extract the .zip file to retrieve the PDFs.
Downloading accident/incident sheets in bulk from the Accidents/Incidents screen
- Click on Health & Safety > Accident/Incident Sheets in the sidebar.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to sort which children you want to see, then click View.
- Click the button in the top right to download all the accident/incident sheets on the page.
- You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on that link will download a .zip file to your browser.
- Extract the .zip file to retrieve the PDFs.
