Downloading daily diaries

You have the option to download daily diaries individually, or in bulk. Diaries downloaded individually are PDFs, while diaries downloaded in bulk will generate a web page that can be viewed offline. 

Downloading a daily diary individually
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Daily Diary.
  4. If necessary, change the date by clicking on the Calendar field, selecting a new day, then clicking View.
  5. Click the  button in the top right.
  6. The diary will begin downloading to your browser as a PDF.
Downloading daily diaries in bulk 
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Daily Diary.
  4. If necessary, change the date by clicking on the Calendar field, selecting a new day, then clicking View.
  5. Click the  button in the top left to download all published diaries.
  6. In the pop-up window, click OK.
  7. You will receive an email with a download link. Depending on the amount of content, this may take several minutes. Click the link to begin downloading the .zip file to your browser.
  8. When it’s downloaded, extract the file and double-click offline-daily-diary to view the diaries in an offline web page.
