Downloading data from eylog

In some sections of eylog, there’s a Download button, normally in the top right or top left, that will download data from the system to your device. Here is a list of what you can download from the different areas of the system.

From the Home screen:
  1. Observation Tracker - XLS

From a child’s profile:
  1. All About Me - PDF
  2. Learning Journey - PDF and Media
  3. Registry - PDF
  4. Framework Tracker - PDF and XLS
  5. Framework Overview - PDF and XLS
  6. Planning Sheet - PDF and XLS
  7. Accidents/Incidents - PDF (for an individual child)

From the Trackers tab:
  1. Observation Tracker - XLS
  2. All other trackers - PDF and XLS

From the Planning tab:
  1. Planning Sheet - PDF and XLS

From the Registers tab:
  1. Child Register - PDF and XLS
  2. Staff Register - PDF and XLS

From the Health & Safety tab:
  1. Accident/Incident Sheets - PDF (for multiple children)
  2. Accident/Incident Trends - PDF, Summary CSV and Detail CSV (unlike the others, this will appear as a  button)

From the Tools tab:
  1. Parent Activation Report - XLS
  2. Cohort Allocation - XLS
