Downloading data from eylog
In some sections of eylog, there’s a Download button, normally in the top right or top left, that will download data from the system to your device. Here is a list of what you can download from the different areas of the system.
From the Home screen:
- Observation Tracker - XLS
From a child’s profile:
- All About Me - PDF
- Learning Journey - PDF and Media
- Registry - PDF
- Framework Tracker - PDF and XLS
- Framework Overview - PDF and XLS
- Planning Sheet - PDF and XLS
- Accidents/Incidents - PDF (for an individual child)
From the Trackers tab:
- Observation Tracker - XLS
- All other trackers - PDF and XLS
From the Planning tab:
- Planning Sheet - PDF and XLS
From the Registers tab:
- Child Register - PDF and XLS
- Staff Register - PDF and XLS
From the Health & Safety tab:
- Accident/Incident Sheets - PDF (for multiple children)
- Accident/Incident Trends - PDF, Summary CSV and Detail CSV (unlike the others, this will appear as a
button)
From the Tools tab:
- Parent Activation Report - XLS
- Cohort Allocation - XLS
