Downloading data from eyrecruit

In eyrecruit, you can download candidate profiles and reports.

Candidate Profiles

To download a candidate profile as a PDF, go to the profile you want and click

> Download.

Reports

You can download reports by clicking Export CSV in the top right of the report you want. You have a choice of four: Candidate Tracker, Vacancy Tracker, Conversion Tracker, and Recruitment Tracker.

The Candidate Tracker and Vacancy Tracker show you details of all candidates and vacancies you have on the system respectively. The Conversion Tracker and Recruitment Tracker give you an idea how well your recruitment is going.
