Downloading medicine forms
You can download individual medicine forms as PDFs through the web system.
- Click on
Children in the sidebar.
- Click on a child to bring up their profile.
- Click on Medicine Forms.
- In the table, click on the name of the child to bring up the form.
- Click the
button in the top right.
- You will begin downloading the sheet to your browser as a PDF.
