Downloading medicine forms

You can download individual medicine forms as PDFs through the web system. 
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Medicine Forms.
  4. In the table, click on the name of the child to bring up the form.
  5. Click the  button in the top right.
  6. You will begin downloading the sheet to your browser as a PDF.
