Email template glossary

What follows is a list of placeholders that can be used in email templates, and what information each draws from the system.

[[ApplicationDate]] - The date the candidate applied in the format Day/Month/Year.


[[BranchAddress1]] - The first line of the nursery branch’s address, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings. 


[[BranchAddress2]] - The second line of the nursery branch’s address, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings. 


[[BranchAddress3]] - The third line of the nursery branch’s address, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings. 


[[BranchCity]] - The city in which the nursery branch is located, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings. 


[[BranchCountry]] - The country in which the nursery branch is located, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings. 


[[BranchCounty]] - The county in which the nursery branch is located, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings. 


[[BranchEmail]] - The nursery branch’s email address, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings.


[[BranchManager]] - The name of the nursery branch’s branch manager, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings.


[[BranchName]] - The name of the nursery branch, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings.


[[BranchPostcode]] - The nursery branch’s postcode, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings.


[[BranchTelephone]] - The nursery branch’s telephone number, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings.


[[BranchWebsite]] - The web address of the nursery branch, as inputted in Branch/Nursery under System Settings.


[[CandidateAddress]] - The candidate’s address as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CandidateEducation]] - The candidate’s education as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CandidateEmail]] - The candidate’s email as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CandidateFirstName]] - The candidate’s first name as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CandidateLastName]] - The candidate’s last name as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CandidateName]] - The candidate’s full name as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CandidatePhone]] - The candidate’s phone number as it appears on their profile/application.


[[CompanyAddress1]] - The first line of the company’s address, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyAddress2]] - The second line of the company’s address, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyCity]] - The city in which the company is located, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyCountry]] - The country in which the company is located, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyCounty]] - The county in which the company is located, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyEmail]] -  The company’s email address, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyName]] - The name of the company, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyPostcode]] - The company’s postcode, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyTelephone]] - The company’s telephone number, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[CompanyWebsite]] - The web address of the company, as inputted in Company/Nursery Chain under System Settings. 


[[EventDate]] - The date of an interview in Day/Month/Year format.


[[EventDuration]] - The duration of an interview, as it appears on the calendar. 


[[EventTime]] - What time an interview takes place, in 24 hour format.


[[EventType]] - The type of event. 


[[JobTitle]] - The title of the job a candidate has applied for. 


[[LoggedInUser]] - The name of the user who is currently logged in.
