Enrolling a child

Enrolling a child

eyenquiries has integration with other eyworks software. If you have eymanage, eylog or eyengage as well as eyenquiries, you can transfer child information from eyenquiries by enrolling them. When this happens, information from the registration form becomes the basis for the child profile (a child profile form can also be sent out to parents to reconfirm details).
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Drag and drop an enquiry on to the Enrol child box in the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Fill in the form that appears.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Assuming no changes have been made to the default workflow automation settings, a window will pop up showing an email template to the parent confirming the enrolment. You will have the option to edit the email, or choose a different template under Select Template.
  6. Click Submit, or Cancel if you don’t want to send an email. Cancelling the email will still enrol the child.
You can view enrolled children in the pipeline by clicking on Filters > Status > Enrolled.
