Excluding rooms from automatic room movement

Excluding rooms from automatic room movement

When Automatic Room Movement is enabled, children will automatically change rooms once they've aged out of their current room. If you don't want this to happen in specific cases, you can exclude certain rooms from automatic movement, so that children will stay in that room even when they are aged out of different rooms.

This feature is intended for special rooms, like after-school clubs, which children may be a part of in addition to their main nursery room.

To exclude a room from automatic room movement:
  1. In the top right click on  > System Settings.
  2. Click on Rooms/Groups on the left.
  3. Click on the  icon next to the room you want to edit.
  4. Check the box next to Excluded from Automatic Room Changes.
  5. Click Update.
