eyengage: Creating categories/sub-categories

Categories and sub-categories are ways of organising your posts on eyengage. You can filter by category/sub-category using the left sidebar. A category must contain at least one sub-category.


  1. In the top right, under Settings, click Categories.

  2. In the pop-up, click + Add New Category.

  3. Type in a name for the category in the blank space.

  4. Select whether this category is for just Parents, just Staff, or All.

  5. Click + Add New Sub-category under the category you just created.

  6. Type a name for the sub-category in the blank space.

  7. Click on the coloured square to select a colour for this sub-category.

  8. Click Save.
