eyenquiries: Sending a registration form
You can either send a registration form through the pipeline, or from an enquiry’s profile.
Through the pipeline
- Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
- Drag and drop an enquiry into the Registration Form stage.
- A window will pop up showing an email template with a link to the registration form. You will have the option to edit the email, or choose a different template under Select Template.
- Click Submit.
Through a profile
Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
Click on a child’s name to view their enquiry profile.
Click on the in the top right.
In the confirmation email, click Send.
A window will pop up showing an email template with a link to the registration form. You will have the option to edit the email.
Click Submit.
Note: When editing the email, do not delete [[LinkRegistrationform]] or [[ButtonRegistrationForm]], as these are the links for parents to access the registration form.
