Reports have to be created on the web version, usually by a manager, but can be edited on the practitioner app.
Creating a Report
- On the web version, click on Children in the sidebar.
- Click on a child to bring up their profile.
- Click on Reports.
- Click on the Add button in the top left.
- Under Select Report Type, choose between Summative (EYFS 2012), Transition (EYFS 2012), or a custom report.
- Choose a Name and Date for the report.
- Click Start Report.
Filling out a Report
- On the practitioner app, log in as a practitioner to see the list of children you have access to.
- Tap a child’s picture to select them.
- Tap the Reports icon at the top.
- Tap a report to edit it.
- Fill out the report.
- In the framework section of the report, areas and aspects are automatically filled in with assessment levels according to details from observations. These can be edited.
- Tap Save to save it as a draft, or Submit for Review for a manager to view and publish to parents.
