eylog & eymanage: Inviting parents

Creating a login for a parent will give them access to the parent portal. Through this, they can see their child’s schedule, observations, reports, daily diaries, registers, accident sheets and medicine forms. 

Inviting parents through eymanage lets you choose between giving them access to just eymanage, or eymanage and eylog together. Inviting parents through eylog only gives them access to eylog. 

Inviting parents on eymanage
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
  3. Go to the Parental Details tab
  4. Check the box next to Create Login for the parent of choice.
  5. Check the box next to eylog Access to give the parent access to eylog features.
  6. Click Save.
Inviting parents on eylog
  1. Click on Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Check the box next to Share Data with Parent.
  4. Click Submit.
The parent will receive an email containing their login details and a link to the parent portal where they can see a limited version of the eymanage and eylog systems.
