eymanage & eyenquiries: Sending messages through the system
You can see a record of all communications with parents, staff members, and enquiries in Messages. This is also where you can send messages to them. Depending on what setting you chose for Message Delivery in Nursery/Branch Settings, they may receive these messages in the Communication tab of their profile, or in their email inboxes.
Click on Messages in the sidebar.
Choose between the Children, Staff and Enquiries tabs.
Click the icon in the top right, next to the search bar.
Under the To field, type in the name recipient, and select them from the list.
Type in the Subject, add an Attachment if necessary, and type your message into the text box.
