eymanage & eylog: Adding children

eymanage & eylog: Adding children

When adding a child, you will be prompted to fill out some of the child’s details. Though you should include as much information as you can, at minimum we recommend filling out these fields to get started: First Name, Last Name, Legal Gender, Date of Birth, Parent First Name, and Parent Primary Email.

If you have both eymanage and eylog, you will need to add children on eymanage. Any changes will be reflected in eylog.

Importing child data
The quickest way to add a lot of children to the system at once is to import their data. The eyworks team can provide you with an import template, which is a CSV document containing all the fields from the child profile. Type information into the relevant columns, with each new row representing a new child.

Send this template back to us and we'll import the data for you.
