Giving practitioners web access

By default, practitioners only have access to the practitioner app. However, you can choose to give certain practitioners access to the web system if necessary. This requires changing one of your settings, then generating a login.

Turning on practitioner web access
  1. On the web system, hover over your profile picture in the top right.
  2. Click on System Settings.
  3. Click on Privacy.
  4. Check the box next to Allow web access to practitioners?
  5. Click Submit.
Generating a login
  1. On the web system, click on  Practitioners in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a practitioner to bring up their profile.
  3. Click Reset Password at the bottom of the page.
  4. An email will be sent to their manager’s Email address as stated in the profile. This contains the practitioner’s username and temporary password.
  5. The practitioner can log in to the system with the username and password.
  6. Create a new password when prompted.
  7. Click Submit.
